Day 4: Trust Equation

Director Chen Peihong of SKIAD attended the final day, the fifth day of the ToT Program, when the participants presented their new skills and knowledge.

During the closing ceremony, Director Chen handed over the certificates to the participants. All the trainees put great effort into this training program, so that we can happily announce that all participants received a certificate with great distinction and are therefore transformational facilitators for sustainable agriculture in Jiangsu province.

Also, a first network of transformational facilitators for sustainable agriculture in Jiangsu launched by the participants and they will continue to spread their knowledge and learning to transform the agricultural sector towards a more sustainable production. This network will be actively supported by DCALDP.

During the 5 days of this third module of ToT, we covered various topics ranging from sustainable crop production and giving constructive feedback to trial management.

Additionally, it was taught and practiced how to facilitate transformational training on sustainable agriculture topics and sustainable crop production.

Like in the previous modules of ToT, participants were refining their skills as trainers/ facilitators.
